Can't log in

Before this morning we could log into the Primary and secondary (manager) account.  Chatting with Milroy, he had a simple task:  change primary email to  .............  change primary phone # to ............   and delete the secondary manager accounts because they caused too many issues when trying to log into Max.    Now I can't log into primary or secondary.   Check that, I can log into them but the system says there isn't any account associated with that log in.    Can anyone fix this?    Like right now I'm logged into what was the manager account that was supposed to be deleted (thanks MILROY)  but I can view my billing or account info.  WHY?   Please help.   I can't even pay the bill.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

 

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 

Press Enter to send it
