Can't log in

So, I'm trying to set up a new service and I've created an account and apparently verified my phone and email, but every time I try to log in on desktop web browser, it shunts me back to the home page or the password entry page.  When sending me to the home page, there's a brief moment while the page is loading that the user account person image loads, before it is replaced with the log in selection again.  Sometimes when I click this log in it sends me right back to the home page without prompting me to enter anything.  I've tried multiple browsers and the only success I've had is the xfinity mobile app, except all that does is tell me I don't have any service accounts so I can't get access to anything there.

To access your account, will you please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
