Can't link my account

The link for linking new account is always broken.

Good Evening @user_9fc94d Thank you for taking the time to reach us here at Xfinity Forums regarding account linking. In what way is the link broken? Are you seeing a specific error message when attempting to link? Are links greyed out/not-clickable? Are both accounts active at this time? If you're trying this from your web browser, which one are you using? Have you attempted general troubleshooting steps like clearing cache/cookies, incognito mode, or a different browser?

@XfinityAlfonso​ Hi, I tried on the phone and PC.

I get this message on Bave browser: "Access to the requested resource has been rejected and logged. Your support ID is: 2133321290432828291.
   For assistance please consult with your administrator.
   Click here to go the previous page."

On Chrome it loads forever until I get a message "unable to connect"

On Edge "Page not working at this moment HTTP ERROR 503"

On my cellphone Moto g100: "Webpage not available

the webpage at https://..................."

I'm really trying all I can here my friend

Thanks for clarifying your steps so far! I can see you're trying everything you can right now. Are you experiencing any issues with any other area of My Account? No issues actually logging in, or accessing billing, Xfinity Stream, or device data/troubleshooting?
