Cant connect second device wifi pass

I'm trying to connect a second device but it keeps saying incorrect email or phone number which I don't know what other email or phone number I would have used but the one I provided and now I'm locked out of attempting to log in anymore

user_61tttx, thank you for reaching out. We don't have a way to add a device or unlock your profile on this platform. The best option would be to use the Xfinity Assistant, or reach out to the number that is listed on the purchase receipt.
