Can’t Complete Purchase

Hi! First time Xfinity costumer, I’m trying to purchase an internet pack on Safari yet when I get to the complete purchase it sends me back to the home page and I haven’t gotten any confirmation email nor has the money been withdrawn. I’ve tried to check out twice and nothing. And when I log in on the website it also takes me back to the home screen and the top right says “sign in”. ty
