Can't change plans due to FLEX - need help!

After reading around this is a known issue, which i happen to need help with.

 

I am greeted by an error page whenever I want to look at available plans.

 

Would appreciate help.

I’m escalating but it’s most likely not due to Flex since most use cases have been patched, it’s actually due to your promotion package and plan that cannot be adjusted.
