Can't change email password as I no longer have access to "Home Wifi"

Hi Xfinity, I am trying to login into my email and received a prompt that said I need to "Reset my Password". When I click on that button, it takes me to a page that says "Connect to your Home Wifi to Reset your Password."

I no longer have access to the "Home Wifi" network that Xfinity is referring to, as this is an old email that I haven't signed into for a long time. I need help resetting my password a different way, but am unable to reach a customer service representative.

Please help me.

Hello sophiaw1, We appreciate you reaching out to us on Xfinity Forums. If you disconnected your internet account then the access to the email would go away if it hasn't been signed in to for over 90 days. In this case you will need to reach out to our Customer Security Assurance team for them to assist with the password reset and gaining access to the email. You can reach them directly by phone at 1-888-565-4329 7 days a week from 8am-12am EST. You can also attempt to fix the issue online through their web portal at https://spa.xfinity.com/
