Can’t cancel, manager, or close account

This account was originally mine, I transferred to a guy who was supposed to buy my place. It fell through, not on good terms, he put in a cancellation request but it says he’s deceased so we can’t do anything until paperwork has cleared. He called in to fix it, they didn’t help. Now about two years later of me paying this 160/month 

I can’t get it switched or closed and I can’t lose internet at my property. But I can’t afford this any more I’m two months behind Internet is off, no communication from Xfinity. I sincerely believe they don’t give a [Edited: "Language"] about their customers. And that’s sad because I have been a client for about a decade between my old account and this one.
