Can’t activate account due to the following message:

We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services."

I've already tried resetting my password and finding my xfinity ID. After doing so and signing in it leads back to the above message. Can I please ask for some help?

As a follow-up for folks, typically you'll be contacted within 2-3 days following the purchase if there is still an issue. The best thing to do is chat and call in if you still cannot sign in.
