can't access xfinity My Account page

When attempting to access the my account page to confirm my order and order details I receive this error:

Hmm, the page didn't load correctly

Try refreshing the page, if the problem persists, try again later.

I have received no order confirmation of my attempt to start service or of my self-set up kit that should be shipping to me
