Can't access payment/manage account online
For months the XfinityPrepaid dashboard has not loaded when logged in. This makes it impossible to manage my account without calling in, though your recording on the call in number encourages you to do all business online or through the app. Do you plan to fix the dashboard issue or provide other ways to access payment and account settings without going through the dashboard? It would be really helpful and make a world of sense to do so.
