Can't access my streaming account

every time I go to login to my streaming account I get met with an error message that tells me something went wrong and to sing out and sign back in. I do so and get met with the same message over and over. this has been going on for about a year now. me and my husband have over 300 movies/tv shows that we purchased that we no longer have access to. we closed our account over 2 years ago and had an outstanding balance but we still had access to the movies and shows we paid for, and for the past year now I haven't been able to access them because of this error message.
