Good Morning!
Thank you for taking the time to reach out this morning to our team here within our very own Community!
We'd be happy to help with any login troubles on our website or app, as I personally know how very useful either or can be when it comes to billing, or managing the account or even my network settings here at home too!

A couple of things that we of course want to confirm!

1) Are we trying to access through a browser, or application?

2) When inputting your user ID are you entering an email address (for example 123xyz@abc.com) and have you tried entering in just 123xyz as your username without the @abc.com?

If you have done so already, and still have not had success, please join is in direct message with your first and last name, and full-service address by following the steps below! 

Here's the detailed steps to Direct Message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
