Can't access Billing page

When I try to access the billing page it doesn't load and it gives me this error message "A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'toUpperCase')."

@user_813bea Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forums page. We are sorry that you're having some issues accessing your billing. Have you tried using a different browser or deleting your cookies and cache to see if it displays properly after that?

Yes I have, and it either shows the above error or logs me out...I then have to log back in via the 2-step verification only to be met with the same error or logged out again.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
