Can't access Billing and old e-mail address has reappeared
Hello,
Please be aware that I am unable to login to my Xfinity account using Chrome, I received a bad header message.
Edge login worked, however, I was unable to pay my bill as the MFA is stuck in a loop; once the OTP is entered one is prompted to enter again.
Also, to post on this forum, I was greeted with an old VERY old e-mail that I haven't used in over 15 years and I thought was deleted 15 years ago I haven't posted to a user forum in over 20 years as well. This is rather disturbing to find very old data tied to my name.
Also I began receiving e-mails requesting enabling MFA, however, MFA was enable for me with a choice of my mobile or recovery e-mail.
This page for submitting questions doesn't have a vertical scroll bar; all other webpages I've opened have a vertical scroll bar. Seems there is something has been disabled on the page here. I have to use the down arrow to use the Post button. Also the drop downs don't work as expected when one pressed the
Looking forward to resolution AND a statement from Xfinity regarding why an old e-mail would be associated with my account and name after 15+ years.
Best wishes to the support team working on this, I'm sure it's been an awful day for everyone.

Thank you for reaching out to us here @perchance. I would be happy to look into any email issue from here for you. Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service? Any email address associated with your account would be added or removed by the customer only, we do not have an option to change any information on the account without consent.
To send a direct message [private message]:
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
