Can't access anything

I have an account, have ordered services, and I can't access anything without it being a constant load loop on the website or not a customer on the app. I would like some assistance as I've attempted  to make another account with no success and with my move in date getting close for my house it's rather frustrating with not being able to know any information to include the status of my order our side of being placed.

user_ljznn0 send us a direct message so we can take a closer look at the address and help. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
