Can't access account to pay bill

I have tried to log into my account and every time something goes wrong. It either goes to a page that says "signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service", or goes to a screen that says error.

  • Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies, or using a different browser?
  • Are you a recent customer?
  • Are you the primary on the account [not the account holder]?
    • To find your Primary user ID, use the Lookup Tool: https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/lookup
       
      Just enter the requested information and you will see a listing of all the user ID's on your account, one of which will be the Primary ID.

Good Afternoon @user_cd7ff0 are you still experiencing issues logging into My Account? Have you had a chance to go over the steps outlined by @Again ? Are you using the Primary Xfinity ID for the account or a subordinate one?
