Can't access account online
I can't access my account online. It has been this way for months. The chat function on the CS site doesn't work either. Tried calling but was placed in an endless loop that never resolved my problems. I've had comcast for a few years, and each time I try to access my account online it say "please check for more account features". It seems a lot of other people have had this problem as well. Any help would be appreciated.
