Cannot View Billing
Hello, I cannot view the Billing page on my xfinity account. The screen just gets stuck on black with three loading dots. I think this is an issue with the website. I have cleared my cache and logged in on several browsers and in incognito mode, and I can't figure out what else to do. The customer service site also won't let me schedule a callback and keeps giving me an error message when I try. I think this is an issue that others have encountered where my login is not properly connected to my account. Please help!!!

@gretchenu Welcome to our community forum! Thank you for reaching out so we can help you access your billing details. I appreciate you clearing cache and trying a different browser. Are you having the same issue when you view billing from the Xfinity app?
