Cannot View Billing

Hello, I cannot view the Billing page on my xfinity account. The screen just gets stuck on black with three loading dots. I think this is an issue with the website. I have cleared my cache and logged in on several browsers and in incognito mode, and I can't figure out what else to do. The customer service site also won't let me schedule a callback and keeps giving me an error message when I try. I think this is an issue that others have encountered where my login is not properly connected to my account. Please help!!!

@gretchenu Welcome to our community forum! Thank you for reaching out so we can help you access your billing details. I appreciate you clearing cache and trying a different browser. Are you having the same issue when you view billing from the Xfinity app?

I am not able to log in to the app. It says "access not authorized."

@gretchenu Thanks for giving that a try. Are you logging in with your primary user ID? Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your name and address and I'll be happy to help.
