Cannot use my account due to website errors.

I always get the

Hmm, the page didn't load correctly

message or get stuck in an infinite login loop, the website is unusable, and nothing works.

Typically, you would need to shop for deals and apply first before creating the ID. To confirm, is this the website you are using? Xfinity Deals

Oh, I see! Thanks for clarifying. Were you able to approve the order already? Did you receive a confirmation email by chance? Or are you trying to apply now?
