Cannot unsubscribe from Xfinity email Advertisements
Hello. For months, I’ve received Xfinity Advertisements via email. I’ve unsubscribed several times, and it never works. I click unsubscribe, and go to the page where I can Manage Xfinity Communication Preferences, and all of the options are already greyed out and set to ‘OFF’.
Am I missing something here? I really don’t want these emails anymore, but I see no other way to stop them. And is there any way to email a real customer service agent about this? All I could find is posting in this community.

Hello Danny,
Yes, I am a current customer. Thanks for providing this link, but unfortunately, it did not help me. I did follow the link, and selected ‘Marketing and Special Offer Emails’. This brought me to the same exact page that I mentioned in my initial post—the one that shows all of my email preferences and choices. And like before, every single one of them is set to OFF.
But I continue to receive Xfinity advertisements, and it’s really a problem. This has been going on for many months. I’ve attached a screenshot.
Any other ideas?
