Cannot transfer primary role
Hi,
I have myself and my housemate listed as members in the household.
However, when I try to set my housemate as the primary account holder, it won't let me saying there's a payment pending.
Latest statement has been already paid since we have auto pay set up. I tried disabling auto pay so there isn't a pending payment but it's still doing it.
Could you please help us transfer primary role?
I'm planning on moving out of the address and need to transfer the role.

As the primary user you can click on the other profile in your account details and under permission change Permissions. You would see Transfer Primary role.

Hi, I am currently the primary user. I'm trying to transfer primary role to my housemate, but the system is not letting me. The error message keeps saying there's a payment pending, but there isnt one pending since we have autopay set up.
