Cannot sign into xfinity account and look into account details. New customer.
I just signed up and placed an xfinity home internet order and received order confirmation. But I'm not able to sign in on the web. I'm signed out immediately and never be able to look into my account details, or check payment options or bills. I'm not even able to open chat box because it ask me to sign in first and I'm never able to sign in. On the app it says "Access not Authorized. You signed in successfully, but you must be an xfinity user to enjoy this service". I've updated my browser, cleared my cache, and tried an incognito window. Please help to resolve this issue, thanks

Thanks for reaching out to us, we do apologize for any inconvenience. Did you make sure you created your xfinity ID when you set up your services as your order confirmation email should have had a link for you to create your Xfinity user ID That will have you set up the two step authentication with your cell number and e-mail address.
also have you downloaded the Xfinity app to see if that gives you access to your online account yet?
