cannot remove manager sub account

i want to remove account after making it manager status...


i need help with this, it didnt let me ....


it returned ,"Before changing or removing their role on the account, you'll need to remove the scheduled payment. " ,message.

Hey, @user_g09rpi! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear of the issues you are having with trying to manage your user roles. It sounds like you may have autopay set up and the role you are trying to change is a primary role. Have you removed the autopay and then tried to make the changes? Afterward, you would just set the autopay back up.
