Cannot Manage Plan Online
Hello,
My two year agreement recently ran out and I've been trying to use the 'Change Plan' feature on the website to view if there's any deals in my area or if I can modify my plan to drop some of the extra package stuff that we don't really use or need, but everytime I do I get an error telling me to call.
I've tried on three separate occasions, from different devices and browsers. It doesn't appear like I'm the only person having trouble with this feature. Is there some trick to get it working - I'd really prefer to be able to manage my account online instead of having to spend time on the phone.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
