Cannot log into Xfinity.com at all to review accounts and email setup -- Xfinity.com has no log-in!

I am unable to log into Xfinity.com because no iteration of Xfinity.com (except, weirdly, these forums) has a log-in form!

Xfinity.com exists as an interactive billboard to sell stuff to naive innocents. It offers zero ways for an existing  customer to log in. Astoundingly, there is no navigation, no way to move to other parts of the site. I honestly don't get it. I have dozens of Internet accounts, and Xfinity is the only company where account access on the Web is not reliable. There's probably a law about this, which Xfinity flouts every single day.

I very much need to look at my Xfinity email, which used to be at comcast.net, which finally got 100% cannibalized by the brain-dead Xfinity.com -- an Internet service site with no way for existing customers to log in. Either buy something else or [Edited: "Language"], Xfinity is telling us.

Maybe Xfinity has decided to replace its management with AI, and AI has decided that existing customers don't have to know what's going on with their accounts, Xfinity is going to keep sucking money out of them until they can't stand it any more and go with DSL or wireless Internet or something, anything, to get away from this permanent rolling technical incompetence. AI has decided Xfinity can get by with many fewer customers, the kind who don't want to look at their accounts, paying a lot more.

This is not a new problem. Seems I had similar problems the last time I tried to look at my email accounts last month.

My email access disappeared about an hour ago. I'm working on a (usually reliable) wifi connection on a desktop Windows 11 system... (as well as a Samsung tablet and phone with the same issue). I really need access to that mail... I was in the middle of a long and valuable draft, and everything stopped working.

Furious.

I'm hoping something is resolved before too long.

@DirtyDeal

You can log in to email at https://connect.xfinity/com/appsuite

I suggest you bookmark that.

As for the image you posted, the log in icon is the person in the circle.  If you hover your mouse over it it should say "Account".

@Again the "person in the circle" is the browser's ID, not Xfinity navigation.

I have been informed that this Xfinity forum site and other Xfinity sites have a cookie problem and engineers are working like beavers to fix it.

Here's what I get at https://connect.xfinity/com/appsuite

Works great!

@DirtyDeal

My fault on the URL.  It should be https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite  My fingers got going too fast and I didn't proof read my comment before posting.  Very sorry.

So, here is what I see at https://xfinity.com
