Cannot log in, redirected to Xfinity home page

I’ve cleared my cache, tried using 3 different devices, used 3 different browsers, tried using mobile data, but no matter what I do I cannot log in. When logging in on PC, I get the error “The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.” On an all white background.

I try logging in through the chatbot to receive help, and it repeatedly thanks me for logging in and then proceeds to ask me to log in again.

All I wanted to do was signup for a gigabit plan at my new residence, and in turn I was met with the most frustrating login experience I have ever had to deal with.

Good afternoon, @user_clclcl! Congratulations on your new place! That is exciting! We are glad to help with setting up service and appreciate that you thought of us once again! When you do not have an active account with us, you will not be able to login to our website and Xfinity app. You can set up an order without logging in and link the accounts/logins during that process or you can do that after the new account is set up with these instructions

I made an account with you, I received an email confirmation, I even received confirmation that I qualified for the student discount. Again, I repeat, upon attempting to login I am sent to the subdomain jss.xfinity.com/securelogin/* where it hangs on an all white page with the only text being "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

Thank you for clarifying this for us, @user_clclcl. It sounds like there may be a problem with the order and it was canceled by our system. When that happens, the login you just set up will not work. There has to be an active account to login to. You already sent over a Direct Message so I will continue there so we can gather your account information and dig into this further.
