cannot link 2 accounts
I am trying to link a 2nd account to my primary one so I can login and view both accounts. As it is right now, I have no idea what my account number is, when my bill is due, or even how much it is. I followed the directions to link another account, go through all the steps, and then it tells me the email I am using is already linked to another account. I cannot even invite myself to be a "user" on my second account. Why is this so difficult? Please help me link my 2 accounts under one online user profile!

and if not, what's not working when you go through that process. You can both private message me if you are still having issues, but we'd like to post (without any personal info) as much as we can here for maximum public exposure on the solutions.
To qualify, we don't recommend linking accounts for Xfinity Mobile users.
