Cannot create account, Xfinity ID, when I login I am immediately logged out. No way to log in to speak to an agent.

I am a new customer, I have requested service multiple times and have verified my account.

When I log into to any xfinity site, I am logged out immediately.

I cannot access the billing for my account.

I have not received a single confirmation for my purchase.

I have no way to get in contact with an agent as I when i log in to the chat bot, I am immediately logged out.

I need to be able to access my account somehow, I have entered bank information to this service and it is frankly unconscionable that you could take this information and fail to even provide a working account.

I'd be more than happy to assist you in troubleshooting this issue. To begin, have you tried clearing the cache and cookies on the device you're using, or attempted to log in from a different device?
