Cannot access rewards

For the past year I haven't not been able to access or redeem any of my platinum rewards. Whenever I click the check box it turns black & when pressing enter I get am error messages "something went wrong, please try again" (this happens both in app & web). Please assist in fixing this issue.

Hey there, user_hzcb7f! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us today on the Xfinity Forums. I am sorry to hear about the experience with our Xfinity Rewards Page. Have you attempted to clear your browsers cache and cookies? Have you attempted to access it via another browser?
