Cannot access online account

I have an Xfinity Mobile account, as I continue to have service, pay my bill automatically by credit card each month and receive an email to this effect.

My problem is that since my Xfinity email was deleted, per the many emails from Xfinity stating this would happen should I not respond, my online account seems to have vanished. My mobile number is not recognized by your automated system and I cannot sign in to my account. I’ve tried changing both username and password, with no luck.

Can you please help me reset my sign in credentials so I can reunite with my account information?

@user_kkpgj4 Thanks for posting to the community. Updating the contact info is important, and vital to keep access secure. Are you able to use the first part of your username, without the @ email dot com at the end to log in to your mobile account?
