Cannot access my account!

For the past two months, whenever I attempt to log in to my account, I get "Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.xfinity.com/" on this server.

Reference #18.6b3b2f17.1673420896.d0bc95fc"  I was somehow able to get here, signed in, was texted an access code....but trying to go to "my account"at the menu, I get the "Access Denied"...I have tried other servers, restart computer, etc etc.  Last month I somehow lucked out and was able to connect to pay my bill, but I cannot 'move around' my account. I've read other posts indicating others are having this problem....What is the solution?  I DO NOT want to call for "tech support"; that did not work at all last month....there has got to be a solution so I don't have to play around and try to sneak in to pay an expensive bill and not be able to access my own account. Comcast changed things without notice, then we are left hanging....can we go back to the "old" version??? Please help with simple explanation/direction; I am technically challenged and my blood pressure cannot take this. Thank you.

Are you sure you're logging in with your primary ID?

To find your Primary user ID, use the Lookup Tool: https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/lookup

Just enter the requested information and you will see a listing of all the user ID's on your account, one of which will be the Primary ID.
