Cannot access my account, neither via website nor app
Hi,
I registered my account about 1 week ago. Since then, every time I log in, and go to "My account", it always says "We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services.". But this has been one week already. I tried on the Xfinity My Account app, but couldn't either. The app says "You are logged in ut we are unable to access your account details.".
Previously I thought it was because I hadn't get my modem set up. Now I am able to connect to the Internet, but I still cannot access my account. This will greatly limit users' capability of viewing their plan details and pay bills. Please do fix this, thank you!
