Cannot access my account details

Hi there! I recently purchased an internet plan and have just received my getting started package. Unfortunately, I cannot access any of my account details, including billing and plan information. I’ve tried the website and two different xfinity apps. I can confirm I have been billed the initial $1.00.

On the Xfinity app, it says “You signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to use this service.” On the My Account app, it says “You are logged in but we are unable to access your account details.” I don’t want to be charged for internet I can’t even access, can you help me?

Have you set you set up your username and password yet? If not, please go to https://comca.st/3nshDdc so you can set these up. After setting these up, you should be able to access your account.
