Cannot access account details
I am able to sign into the Comcast/Xfinity site but I am unable to access my account information. The system returns an error message "Sorry, This isn't working right now. Please reload the page and try again." I think this will require an Xfinity account representative to help resolve this issue.

Hi @vchau24 and @bounseng give it a try now. There's a backend database configuration mismatch that I've manually set to fix. It should've been set automatically so I'm checking with the team on what caused it. Thanks for your patience!

I am having the same issues "Sorry, This Isn’t Working Right Now Please reload the page and try again." IDK what is going on here. I am trying to login to see my billing and was unable to do so. This messages appear on my phone, my mac and my pc as well as with my different brownsers, nones are working right now.

Any updates that you can provide from your development team? It appears that this is happening to a lot of customers from reading the other posts in the forum.

It has been over weeks now that I still cannot access to my bill. There's no update from the customer service regarding this issue. This issue shouldn't take this long to resolve it but it seems like they're just don't care and will charge you with a late fee.
