Cannot access account after sign-up
Hi, I recently signed up for xfinity and now cannot access my account to activate it. Every time I sign in I am immediatley signed out and can't even make a new account with my own personal info. I get a message that says it's not found.
I am literally trying to give comcast my money and can't due to these issues. Can someone please help me?

I have my modem installed, and was sent the startup kit like everything is fine. When I sign in on the app it says I am not an xfinity customer as well.
