Cannot access account after sign-up

Hi, I recently signed up for xfinity and now cannot access my account to activate it. Every time I sign in I am immediatley signed out and can't even make a new account with my own personal info. I get a message that says it's not found.

I am literally trying to give comcast my money and can't due to these issues. Can someone please help me?

I have my modem installed, and was sent the startup kit like everything is fine. When I sign in on the app it says I am not an xfinity customer as well.

It's important to me that we help you resolve this. When you originally signed up for services did you create a Xfinity username and password? If not, you would need to click here to get a username and password set up.

Thanks for the assistance. It's more so frustrating that I've signed up for the service, purchased my own modem, and received the startup kit just to not be able to activate anything. I have an account created and am able to sign in but am immediate signed back out. I am signed into these forums with the exact same account. I've tried that link several times now and my information isn't even accepted.

I am able to sign in on mobile but it says I am not an xfinity customer.

@user_bghp0h I definitely want to make sure you're able to manage your Xfinity service online. I appreciate all the steps you've taken to try to get access to the account. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your name and address and I'll be happy to help.
