• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

Thank you but that is a lot of work to select cancel option. The only response I get is in Public forum and not DM so for future customers that need to speak to someone call 1-800-COMCAST and a live agent will actually answer. They will keep you on line offering discounts and upgrades but stand firm
