Cancel upcoming appointment/service

I made an appointment to install Xfinity service and no longer need it. How do I cancel this appointment and future Xfinity service? I am not able to call. Thanks

Do you have the Xfinity App? You can cancel your appointment through there. Please login, and you should see a banner with your appointment that will allow you to cancel your appointment. Please let me know if you run into any issues.
