@user_uwncx0 Thanks for stopping in for help with removing the TV option from your account. Our condolences on the passing of the account owner. We do try to make any changes needed as easy as possible during this already stressful time. With that, are you currently listed as an account manager or Primary user for the account? 
If not, there may be some additional steps needed before we can assist you with that change.

I was supposed to be added as primary when we initiated program change due to passing of first accountholder last year, i think i was only added as mgr, but unsure.  All billing and payments are done by me, however the other person listed, Jerry has Alzheimers and has been relocated to care facility.  I have been handling all affairs on this since matter since 2025.   I SHOULD BE already as primary?
