Cancel service

I need to cancel my WiFi and I moved and it is not covered in my area. Can I still keep my phone that is attached to my Xfinity account?

We'll be happy to assist you with your request, but for clarification, what type of phone are you speaking of? Are you asking about your landline service with us? Or, are you speaking of Xfinity Mobile?
