Cancel service

Hi. I moved out of the address where I have internet service and am living abroad. I can’t get through to anyone by phone to cancel service and the chat feature leads me through a never ending question loop. Please help!!! Thank you for your time.

Oh wow, I hope that living abroad is as awesome as I imagine it to be, @user_f2bb11! Please click on the little chat message icon (top right) to send a private message to our Xfinity Support handle with your name and the old service address so we can work on getting the loose end here in the States tied up for you :)

I would like to cancel my plan online. The responding post for this says there is an icon on the top right that can be used to talk to support... I do not have this icon.
