Found it…geez its made hard, please improve instructions. You are sending a message to another forum user who happens to be comcast support user. Wow…for all the technology you’d think they would have otions through their real system or allow bypassing automated calling system 🤷♂️ Just saying… guess its part of the aging IT infrastructure as of late…
