Cancel new order

Put an order in this morning and have changed my mind and I need to cancel it

Hi, @. I would happy to help you make any changes to your account or order as needed. Can you please send me a private message with your name and address? Go to the upper right hand corner, look for the chat icon, then select Xfinity Support and we can continue from there. You won't need to search for my name, just Xfinity Support.
