Can only pay in store
I cant pay my bill in app or in browser. I can only pay in store. At the store I can only pay cash. I think because once I tried to pay with two different cards and it kept being declined because of a system problem so now there’s some kind of fraud protection on my account.

@user_9lmvk5 Thanks for adding a post to the community. We understand making easy payments online is preferred. Here on the forum we don't handle payments or payment issues. From what I see however, the payment restrictions last six months. Once the six months pass, you can attempt using that same payment method again with autopay, or direct payments.
