Can not log in to my account on the xfinity website

For whatever reason I can not log in to the website at xfinity, this is a problem that has happened before but now it is happening again. Every time I try to log in, it immediately logs me out. I thought my account would work since I own an xfinity router but it doesn't and I really need help to sign in, any assistance is appreciated.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send your message
