Can not access my account after registering and trying to order

Hi there,

whenever I try to access my account/check status of my order I get the message:

Hmm, the page didn't load correctly

When I go to reload I get logged out. I tried resetting passwords, change password, all browser settings etc. and tried all the recommended steps that were recommended to users that have the same problem to no avail.

Can you please fix/reset log in to my account so I can check if my order actually went through?
