Can create an account
I've tried to create an account as a new user (Oct. 1st, 2019) but everytime I try to log-in it says my account is being set up! Can't call anyone, can't set up autopay on the bill I just received, can't access chat as it doesn't work. My services, phone & internet, were installed on Oct. 1st so Xfinity should have had ample time to set up my account. So totally frustrating and bad! Can anyone help me out there?
