CA certificate not valid when trying to sign into secure wifi hotspot

Help! Keep getting an Error - CA certificate not valid when trying to sign into Xfinity secure wifi hotspot with Samsung Note 9.

@stcynthia Thank you for reaching out to the Digital Care Team. I hate to hear this has been your experience. Have you tried accessing it on a different device?

Yes, I have tried to connect to it with a different device. I have an old LG ph that isn't actually hooked up to any cell service, but I can connect to the Xfinity hotspot using my Xfinity username and password.

Just doesn't work with my Note 9.

@stcynthia, interesting! what happens if you turn off your phone data and are just connected via WIFI? Are you able to connect to the hotspot? What hotspot are you using?
