I'm just wondering if Xfinity ever uses their website or app.

How can one of the biggest and fastest internet providers have such a [Edited: "Language"] website?

The website is so unresponsive. Why does it keep asking me to log in and verify my account all the time? I've tested it on multiple devices, and the same problem happens. All you need to do is experience it yourself. Just log into your website and see for yourself. I'm extremely frustrated. How is this acceptable for such a big company? This has been going on for years, and I'm tired of it. Sometimes, you just want to look at your bill, and it takes 15 [Edited: "Language"] minutes to get access.

Do you have 2FV set for Xfinity?  Do you have cookies set for Xfinity?

To access your account, will you please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
