Bill Pay page not loading in Safari 17.4.1

Ok, this has been going on for way too long.  I can log into the Xfinity site, but after that most web pages and pop-ups won't load. I am trying to view and download my statement and pay my bill online. Fortunately I have been able to use the Xfinity app to may a payment but there are many times I am on my MacBook when paying bills.
